Content: This workshop offers inter- and transdisciplinary methods and tools for collaborative work on projects that can also be especially beneficial for virtual collaborations:
- the integration of various disciplines, thinking patterns, experiences and work styles.
- the design of appreciative collaboration in heterogenous teams.
- a shared understanding of leadership, virtual decision-making and conflict resolution.
Methods: Overview of interdisciplinary processes and tools, short impulse statements, group work, case study, individual and group reflection.
Goals: Through knowledge and application of suitable methods
- ensuring a productive collaboration between different disciplines and personalities
- designing effective processes for interdisciplinary projects and knowing suitable methods to achieve more innovative results
- recognizing and counteracting the interplay of various factors such as cultural differences, difficulties of collaboration between multiple locations etc.
