Proactive Mentoring: Successfully Addressing and Resolving Challenges as a Mentor

Target group: Mentors from the Equal Opportunity Mentoring-Program and other mentors . This workshop will be held in English.

This workshop offers mentors the opportunity to reflect on their experiences and roles as mentors up to this point, as well as their goals for the remainder of the mentoring program. It provides room for peer exchange and discussion of any challenges they may have faced so far, as well as for sharing lessons learned and exploring new insights. Thus, it provides mentors with the tools and techniques to successfully address and resolve the challenges they may face both as mentors and as leaders
