Target group: Mentees from the Equal Opportunity Mentoring-Program . This workshop will be held in English.

Description: Exploring alternative career paths outside the university. Identifying factors influencing the professional situation and reflecting on limiting associations with the term “career.” Raising awareness of individual (de-)motivators and competencies in order to open up further options for career paths. Defining steps to implement a potential Plan B. 
Objectives: Recognize individual competencies beyond the university environment. Visualize factors influencing the professional situation. Develop new perspectives on the topic of career
