Introductory Workshop for Diversitybuddies
Target group: All staff members of the University of Graz who are committed to diversity or wish to become so and voluntarily express their interest can become Diversitybuddies. This workshop will be held in English.
As a new initiative of the AntiBias-Circle, Diversitybuddies are easily approachable, visible, and confidential points of contact for questions and concerns related to equality and diversity. In their role, they provide case specific referrals to the many counseling and support services at the University of Graz and beyond. At the same time, they are multipliers for diversity-sensitive competencies at their respective institutes, centers, departments & institutions. This workshop is aimed at anyone who would like to become a Diversitybuddy and will prepare them for their work as Diversitybuddies. If you would like to become active as a Diversitybuddy, you can contact us via diversitybuddies(at)uni-graz.at. You can find more information on what working as a Diversitybuddy entails on the Diversitybuddies website.
