The Master's degree program in Interdisciplinary Gender Studies trains students from a wide range of disciplines to become experts in gender issues. Knowledge about how inequalities arise and can be eliminated and how equality can be promoted is of particular importance in the world of work. Graduates of the program have sound, scientific gender competence and thus an important additional qualification for today's professional world.
