Coordination Centre for Gender Studies and Equal Opportunities

The Coordination Centre for Gender Studies and Equal Opportunities has been working since 1994 to promote gender equality, support and strengthen gender studies and raise awareness for fair, diversity-sensitive and tolerant togetherness among all members of the university.

In order to achieve the goal of an equal opportunity and anti-bias university, equality policy measures are developed and implemented with and for all members of the university, including graduates and prospective students.
The work of the Coordination Centre is supported by an interdisciplinary academic advisory board.

The Coordination Centre for Gender Studies and Equal Opportunities will be closed from 23rd of December 2026 to 6st of January 2027! In urgent cases, books can be returned to the Main Library (Universitätsplatz 3a). Please also note the opening hours during christmas break.
