Categorizations that create and reinforce social inequalities permeate all areas of work and private life. You will be able to examine this from different points of view, will receive impulses to spark reflection on your own identity and experiences as well as societal structures, you will further be encouraged to question seemingly self-evident facts. This will lead to increased awareness of social diversity and inequality, strengthened argumentation skills, and will help you attain additional skills, useful for university, work, as well as your private life.
