Target group: Mentees from the Equal Opportunity Mentoring-Program . This workshop will be held in English.

This workshop empowers participants by preparing them for their future roles and responsibilities as mentees. It equips them with the skills required for successful networking and offers room for reflecting on expectations and planning for the mentoring journey ahead.
