Target group: Mentors from the Equal Opportunity Mentoring-Program and other mentors . This workshop will be held in English.
This workshop introduces participants to their role as mentors. It equips them
with the conceptual and practical tools as well as techniques to make the most of their
leadership and mentoring positions in research and teaching-focused environments.
